Secure Image Viewer - Distribution system that prevents piracy.

This is a screenshot showing how the viewer was used to distribute a collection of arcade game flyers.
Secure Image Viewer
Do you want to distribute a collection of jpg or gif images but want to prevent anyone from stealing them and giving them away?
Secure Image Viewer allows you to create a distributable program that only allows users to view your files. You can select options that restrict or allow files to be exported as jpg files. Files are encrypted in a database to prevent anyone from mass-copying them off.
Secure Image Viewer is a commercial product aimed at users who want to distribute image libraries but do not want the contents copied or pirated by the end user. It is designed to allow the distribution of jpg images in an encrypted format. The user can search using a search box for keywords contained in the filename..
Includes the authoring program which you use to select your images. The authoring program then creates an encrypted database. You can then distribute the end user program and the database on CD or DVD or by download.
Use this software to create your database and configure it the way you want. The images are encrypted and contained in a database so they cannot be easily copied or extracted. Users can browse the images and save individual images or you can select the option to not save so they only view. There are safeguards to prevent anyone from using macros to save all images, and the encryption prevents anyone from extracting all of your images from the database. The viewer requires no installation and runs from the dvd. Windows XP/2k compatible.

The software includes an administrator console that you can use to create your database with your options and a browser that you can freely distribute on your CD or DVD along with the database.
The final database is encrypted and the program makes it almost impossible for anyone to extract images. Even if you enable the option to export to jpg files, the user must do this manually for each one which in itself will detur most attempts at piracy of the collection. We however cannot guarantee that no one will steal your work. A determined individual may go through 1000 or more images and save each one if you allow the export feature. They may also use screen capture software to capture low resolution versions. This program does an excellent job of protecting your images but we cannot take responsibility for any piracy that may occur.
